Stock
All our pieces are 'Limited edition' which means once we have sold out of that certain item, Its gone! This is all in the name of keeping it unique and interesting- So get in quick!
Pricing and Payment
All pricing on our website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and excludes shipping costs. We accept payment by credit card (Master card or Visa) via our Paypal account. You do not need a paypal account to use this service.
Return Policy - Faulty Items
We endeavor to make sure all our items are of the highest quality. If for some reason you receive a faulty item please email us at our[email protected] and we will provide a full refund, exchange or a store credit once we have recieved the returned item. You must notify us of your intentions to return the item and we should receive it within seven days. The cost of shipping the returned item (via a traceable method) is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we must receive returned items in their original condition - unworn with tags included.
Exchange Policy
We understand as mothers that sometimes your child might be 'in between' sizes and you are unsure of what size to purchase. If you do happen to order the wrong size we will happily swap it for the size required if we have it in stock and we are notified of your intentions within 7 days of receiving the item. If we do not have the size required a store credit will be issued (shipping costs not included) Again, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we must receive returned items in their original condition - unworn with tags included.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are designs that are currently being worked on. Either in the labelling/printing process or on its way to us at Our Sons & Co headquarters. We give you the option to pre-order the item so you don't miss out. Like all our pieces they are Limited Edition, So it's wise to order one on Pre-order if you want to secure it. When it does arrive we will dispatch your order immediately.
All items will have an ETA which you can find under the product description once you click into the product. We will notify you if any delays do occur. If for some unknown reason your pre-Order can not be fulfilled we will refund you in full.
Shipping
We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost during transit. We will however do all we can to help you trace your Package.
Privacy
All personal information that you may share with us including your name, address and email will be held in confidence. We do not share information under any circumstance.
